The shops, bars and restaurants that we can find in the alleys of Begur remind us that despite the passage of time people here have been able to maintain their identity and their roots.

An imposing medieval castle overlooks the town of Begur, which has an excellent historic centre, its streets speak to us of sailors, pirates, fishermen and, more recently, of the Indianos (returning colonists) and their houses.
